The six-year-old Canturano-daughter, Chica B Z, has very good reflexes and excellent riding qualities. Her dam, Bolanda, is jumping admirably at international level and is a daughter of Berlin. Berlin was team gold winner at the 2006 World Equestrian Games in Aachen, under Gerco Schröder. Chica’s dam’s line also produced the top-producer Lux, winner of the Pulsar Crown under Jerry Smit, and the famous Caretina de Joter who, ridden by Pius Schwizer, came second in the Shanghai Grand Prix and was also placed in Aachen. These genes, combined with her tremendous qualities, make Chica a horse of which we have not yet seen the last.
