The Dutch Sport Horse Sales selection committee considers Elvis G to be one of the better horses in the collection. This six-year-old son of Vegas VDL stands out due to his tremendous power, and this makes him a potential Grand Prix horse. During the past few months Elvis G has jumped to several good rankings in competitions for six-year-old jumping horses. Elvis’s sire, Vegas VDL, is a son of the Grand Prix winner Atlantic, out of a dam by Olympic champion Jus de Pomme. Grandsire Indoctro is a true foundation stallion, just as Ramiro and Almé. Elvis G is thus closely-related to the KWPN-approved stallions Oramé VDL and Zavall VDL as well as the Grand Prix showjumper Merlin (Jeffrey Welles).
