With his marvelous, light-footed canter and athletic ability, F.Kalyana Dreams Z made a great impression in the Stal Hendrix competition. He combines jumping talent with good riding qualities and excellent sporthorse conformation. The four-year-old gelding is out of the second crop of foals by performance test champion Flying Dream, who currently is competing at the 1.40/1.50m level in China and making a good impression with his oldest offspring in the young horse competitions. On his dam’s side, F.Kalyana Dreams Z represents the renowned Ulana-line, a strong branch of Holsteiner-line 242. His dam Alyana Z, who competes internationally at the 1.30m level, is a half-sister to the international 1.50m show jumper Quasibobo Z (s.Quasimodo Z), ridden by Sacha Kainz. F.Kalyana Dreams Z’s granddam Cenlana Z is a full-sister to the international 1.50m horse Team Harmony Chelto Z, ridden by Robert Harrison. Other renowned flagship horses from this performance family include Maikel van der Vleuten’s top horse Dana Blue (s.Mr.Blue), Uraguay (s.Chellano Z), Armagedon (s.Solitair) and Barla (s.Baloubet du Rouet).
