With her sublime jumping technique, great conformation and solid origins, this French bred Galactée de Tivoli is a very promising showjumper that definitely deserves to be part of the collection of the Dutch Sport Horse Sales. As a four-year-old she won the bronze medal at the French Championship for Young Horses in Fontainebleau and she has continued to develop well since then. Her sire Vagabond de la Pomme represents an extraordinary damline, performed at the highest level with Penélope Leprévost and is making great progress as a progenitor with offspring such as J’Adore van het Schaeck, Jenson van ’t Meulenhof and Echo de Virton. On the dam’s side, Galactée de Tivoli represents a French performance family and her dam Best de Tivoli is a half-sister of the international Grand Prix horses Maestro de Tivoli (s.Avec Espoir) of Alberto Zorzi and L.B. Quassiopee de Tivoli (s.Helios de la Cour II) of Christina Liebherr. Via the successful Grand Prix stallion Mozart des Hayettes, who performed well under Philippe Le Jeune, this line leads back to granddam Iberia de Tivoli. She is also listed as the granddam of the 1.50m level competing Vaillant de Tivoli (s.Toulon).
