This very talented Nick Name HX comes from Stal Hendrix’s own breeding operation. This mare stands out with great self carriage in her balanced canter and a very good jumping technique. She shows a lot of potential, also for the American market. Given her strong background, Nick Name HX’s qualities don’t come out of the blue. She is a daughter of the well producing stallion Entertainer, who performed well in the sport with Michel Hendrix and other riders. Entertainer left his mark as a breeding stallion with offspring who are already following in his footsteps at 1.50/1.60m level, such as Joelina, Izabella L, and Isa. Via the influential top sire Kannan, the line goes back to grandam Dalidia HX. She jumped at international level under Niels Knape and is a half-sister of the World Cup show jumper Allegiance (s.Animo) ridden by Laura Kraut, the internationally 1.45m horse Zuleika (s.Indorado) ridden by Shawn Casady, and the Zangersheide approved stallion Afellay (by Guidam). This Dutch performance family also produced international 1.50m/1.60m horses such as Bukato (s.Ukato), Select (s.Damiro) and Verona (s.Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve).
