Nik - Information & Pedigree

The expectations for Nik are high. Last summer he stood out and impressed in the Stal Hendrix competition for young horses, in which he easily qualified for the finals. This sixyear-old gelding is blessed with a lot of scope and a high level of carefulness and all the ability to advance to the highest level. With his jumping manners Nik channels his sire Gaspahr, who performs well at CSI5*-level Giampiero Garofalo. With the Grand Prix stallion Entertainer as his dam’s sire Nik brings two proven sport stallions of Stal Hendrix together in his pedigree. As a progenitor, multiple Grand Prix winner Gaspahr is making a name for himself with his oldest offspring are already performing at international 1.40/1.45m-level at the age of eight, such as Laska JDV and Lewis PK.
In the third generation, this dam line continues with a half-sister of André Thiemes international 1.50m jumper Magic Hoop (by Wizzerd WV). Shane Sweetnam’s 1.60m Grand Prix horse Holliewood (s.Nabab de Rêve) also comes from Nik’s direct dam line.
