This five-year-old gelding was bred in Sweden and purchased in that country as a foal. Sweet Harry Potter is developing very well in the sport, turning heads time and again with his good way of jumping and very abundant scope. He also distinguishes himself with his good rideability. This remarkable grey is by the Cardento son Corporal VDL, the powerhouse who became a rightful Grand Prix show jumper under Marlin Baryard and subsequently performed well under Jur Vrieling. From Corporal VDL’s first, small crop of foals, several are garnering acclaim in the international Youngster Tour, such as Gina du Soleil and Wyclef Jean. On his dam’s side, Sweet Harry Potter carries the blood of the strong breeding stallion Silvio I, who has sired multiple Grand Prix horses, including the legendary Shutterfly, ridden by Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum; Grand Canyon and Sierra. He is out of a solid Hanoverian-line.
