Marilyn Little and Clearwater win 1.50m Championship Jumper Classic

Marilyn Little and Clearwater (Clearway x Come On) came into action during the sixth week of the Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington. Clearwater was sold during the Dutch Sport Horse Sales in 2011 as a four-year-old and already managed to achieve great results. Last week he was able to put down another amazing achievement. Under the American rider he won the $35,000 Suncast® 1.50m Championship Jumper Classic.

In total 34 combinations competed in the 1.50m level event. Only three of them were able to qualify for the jump-off. One of them was Marilyn Little and Clearwater. They rode the sharpest time in the final and conquered first place.

Marilyn Little: “It was a great course today. It was really exciting, and Clearwater is so much fun to ride in the jump-offs. He has been getting progressively better over the last year.” He has definitely proven to be in great shape with this victory.
